Our Lady of Fatima’s Children Prayer Ministry

All are welcome with a special invitation to families with small children. The goal of the prayer group is to fulfill Our Lady’s request made to the three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal in which the Queen of Heaven warned mankind of the consequences of sin and the necessity for world conversion.

Our Lady asked for the following: prayer, especially the Rosary and the Five First Saturdays Devotion; sacrifices offered in reparation for sins against the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of poor sinners; and lastly, amendment of life to stop offending God and obtain graces from Heaven.

Every First Saturday of the month, we will attend the 8:30 a.m. Mass and honor Our Lady with flowers, private recitation and mediation of the Rosary. First Saturday devotions are fulfilled by confession, receiving Holy Communion, saying 5 decades of the Rosary and meditating 15 minutes on the 15 mysteries of the Rosary in reparation to Our Lady.

We will also promote First Friday devotions in reparation and love for the Sacred Heart of Jesus at the 8:30 a.m. Mass.
